When it comes to a mobile meeting space with an AV unit, the interior seating allows up to 3 people to sit comfortably.

Our branded VW camper vans are mobile and compact, so don’t need much additional space for swing doors and serving hatches.

Some of our clients find that an effective set up for their activation or campaign is to use banners, flags and branded gazebos alongside their van to draw a crowd. You can design and order your own branded materials our online store.

Both models of VW camper have a 16 Amp power supply for an external hook up. Depending on usage we have additional generators and lithium batteries for hire as alternative power sources.

In general, your activity can be up and running in 20 minutes.

For outdoor use, we would recommend checking set-up arrangements with your location/pitch supplier so we can get you up and running quickly. If you’re looking at an inner-city location, it is worth checking where the vehicle drop-off points are so that set up goes as smoothly as possible.
