The unladen weight of our airstream trailers is around 1 tonne, depending on the model you need.
Our logistics package for the airstream trailer hire includes a support vehicle & driver.
When you hire a vintage airstream trailer, we can provide either large gull-wing door or extended serving hatch options, so all outdoor activities can be accommodated.
We can transform the airstream’s interior into a bar or food sampling outlet with serving hatch, using chiller fridges, coffee machines, electric griddles and microwaves.
Use our airstreams to create a bespoke retail pop-up or mobile meeting space - we can convert the interior with shelving, rails and modular furniture.
Meeting spaces
If using the airstream trailer as a mobile meeting space, six to eight people can sit comfortably if using for meeting space
Beauty bars
We can transform the airstream interior into booths for a beauty pop-up, where two to three guests can sit comfortably with two to three promotional staff.
Retail
When using the interior for a retail set up including rails and promotional displays, around four to six people can be in the trailer at once.
Food & drink sampling
For food and drink sampling and catering, an Airstream trailer hire can hold three to four people, alongside any heated kitchen appliances you need.
Due to the overall size of the trailer, an eight-metre length is required for the venue or pitch you intend to use.
For outdoor activations, we can create and supply A-boards, seating, flags, umbrellas and custom branded structures, to help you make the most out of your location.

The airstream has a 32 amp external hook up, however, if you need a standalone electrical supply, we can provide lithium batteries as a greener and more compact power solution. Alternatively, we also have a variety of generator options available for hire on request.
Please note that the more power you require (i.e. for appliances with heated elements, such as ovens, griddles and kettles), the larger the generator you will need. For our largest generator options, we also have support vehicles for hire, providing easy transport between venues.
Set up timings are ultimately dependent on the type of activation and equipment being used.
For retail pop-ups and mobile meeting spaces you can be up and running in 20 minutes, whereas food sampling and catering activations can take 45 minutes.
Catering and food sampling vehicles come with fit-out options including gas griddles, microwaves, coffee machines, juicers, hot cupboards and bain-maries.
For meeting & retail uses, the interior of the vehicle is a completely clean space so we can install modular furniture to suit your campaign.
