The Value Behind Our Campaign & Client Services

When you get a quote from us, you’ll notice a cost for Campaign & Client Services.

And it’s fair to ask: what is this cost about, and what does it cover?

This article provides the answers you need. You’ll find out why these services are essential to your campaign and what you can expect in return.

With Promohire, it’s more than just a booking

When you book your campaign with us, you’re not just hiring a piece of equipment.

You're stepping into a live project with dozens of moving parts.

These will have every department working in harmony, from our creative studio to our logistics department, build workshop, and wrapping team. Designs, access routes, timings, and builds must be discussed and finalised  with all hands on deck to solve every problem as quickly as possible.

That’s what our Campaign & Client Services are all about.

With experts who bring your vision to life

At Promohire, we work hard to take the stress out of complex projects. That takes dedicated staff to get right. Behind every project, you’ll typically have access to…

A project manager

This is the person who oversees your project. They’ll take your brief and ensure everyone in the studio (and workshop!) knows what’s at stake and what’s expected. Every challenge goes through them, and they’ll check in with each department so there’s no miscommunication or avoidable delays.

A creative lead

Responsible for concepts, ideas, designs, and more, their role doesn’t stop just because you have a strong brief in place. Beyond pitch decks and brainstorming, they often make small but very meaningful tweaks so there are no colour errors or placement issues when your designs go to print.

CAD and build specialists

These experts are serious about technical accuracy. 3D models are made, previews are assessed, and every issue is ironed out ahead of the final build. This takes time, quality control, and a keen eye for the finer details – ensuring what’s designed in the studio is perfectly built and fabricated in the workshop.

A logistics manager

Routes, transport, deliveries and timings have to be carefully managed. Every venue has different access rules too, so it's essential to get these nailed ahead of time. Although we provide a driver as standard, enhanced logistics are charged for. See how we break down the cost of logistics for info.

A typical day involves meetings, ongoing calls, constant emails, approvals, adjusting timings, and much more. It’s detailed work, all so your campaign runs as it should.

Why it’s a variable cost

Not every project demands the same level of input from us. That’s why we scale the cost of our services based on complexity.

Simpler projects need less coordination. They’re often easier to run, with less going on, and fewer aspects that have to be managed in tandem. As a guide, a project which includes vehicle hire, wrapping, and basic fit-out typically comes with a Campaign & Client Services charge of around 10%.

Complex campaigns take more time, people, and management. So, if you need us to take charge of the project, from vehicle branding and custom build work to venue hire, logistics and staffing, we will typically charge 15% more due to the increased workload.

The more moving parts to your activation, the more time will be needed behind the scenes to manage it properly. If you haven’t already, check out our guide to creating a promotional campaign budget.

Why our campaign services matter

Without the proper support, key details can be missed, important decisions get delayed, and the final experience can suffer. Just one problem can quickly spiral, and our role is to ensure everything comes together so that doesn’t happen!

We won't leave you chasing answers. We’re there to support you by solving problems, guiding decisions, and handling all of the complex details that are hard to get right unless you’ve run hundreds of campaigns before.

Campaign and Client Services make your life easier. That’s why many of our clients feel it’s worth every penny! Visit our case studies to see how we helped some of the biggest brands reach new audiences.
