Yes, we’re open and operating during this period and it is possible to book vehicles. We’re continuing to work with businesses, helping them create Covid-safe activations & campaigns.

We appreciate that Covid-19 restrictions are being reviewed and updated, and may disrupt planned or live campaigns. If Covid restrictions change after your booking we will work with you to try and accommodate new rearranged dates for your activation where possible.
If you’re looking to run a short product launch event or PR activity, you can hire our vehicles for a single day. Our hire cost includes all activation days, as well as the preparation, branding and de-rigging of the vehicle.
We offer long term hire solutions for promotional event vehicle hires, which can be arranged for up to a three-year period. For any hire periods over one year, you would need a formal lease which we can help you with.
We can also support you with logistics services, fulfilment and staffing where required for the length of your campaign.
Yes, we often find that brands look to fully integrate mobile marketing vehicles into their longer-term activity and wish to purchase a vehicle after their campaign.

Professional drivers & transportation
Drivers will be provided as part of our logistics package. All drivers have promotional event experience and can help problem solve any unforeseen issues on the day.
Self-drive hire
We offer self-drive hire on our sampling vans, exhibition vehicles and cars. Your nominated driver will need to be aged 25 with no more than three points on their licence. If you need more than one driver please let us know, as we review requests on a case-by-case basis.
There is also an insurance excess with a maximum charge of £1500 in the event of an accident or damage to the vehicle.
We work with clients to create roof signs and giant custom props for promotional vehicles. Check out our projects below, where big brands have added larger-than-life props to their product launch events.
Many of our vehicles have standard interiors such as work surfaces, storage, chiller fridges, sinks with hot and cold running water, power points, external hook ups and lighting.
If you are looking for a particular interior set up, please speak to our team. Most vehicles have a modular interior set up which means that we can swiftly transform them for your particular use.
Yes, the interiors can be adapted to your needs and brand requirements. For activations, we can tailor the equipment to your needs, using the modular interior layout. For longer term campaigns and purchased vehicles we can undertake more extensive customisation.
Yes, we do! Whether you're looking to brand a milk float or a double decker bus, design support can be added to your campaign package. We can support you in a number of areas, including creation of the initial mood boards, vehicle artwork, technical and CAD drawings. Just let our team know what you’re looking for help with and they will be able to advise.
If you have a design resource already, we’ll supply you with a pdf template and our artwork format guide, which you can use to create your vehicle artwork.
We have a large stock of sampling/catering equipment, such as barista-style coffee machines, ovens, griddles, microwaves, hot water urns, panini makers, hot cupboards, grills and more!
Yes, we can supply staff for your activations and events, from promotional to catering and qualified chefs. Our aim is to assist you with every aspect of your campaign or promotion.
We can produce edited videos and photography as stylish and engaging content for your social media channels, PR activity and your website. If you add video and photography support to your rental package, we’ll send a photographer and/or videographer to attend a live day during your activity and provide imagery to you within 48 hours.
