Brand activation & Vehicle Wrap process

Let us Sweat the Small Stuff

Whether you’re planning a PR stunt or launch events and activities, there are many components and milestones to keep track of, as well as pressure to deliver on time, and on budget.

At Promohire, we have been working in the vehicle branding and conversion space since 2011. We pride ourselves in the creativity of our team and the consistent high quality of work that we provide to our clients.

When we collaborate with brands and agencies on a new project or launch, we follow a tried and tested brand activation and vehicle wrap process for all of our promotional vehicle hires. Whether you're hiring a milk float or a double decker bus, we'll follow the same set of steps.

In partnership, we can effectively support your goals and timelines, and ensure that the finished vehicle is striking, engaging, and sure to draw a crowd.

How We Work

Our brand activation process is split into four stages: Create, Make, Manage & Deliver. However, we understand that every project is different and you may require varying levels of support throughout the process.

We’ll work flexibly with you so you can focus on the overall campaign, and leave the vehicle creation and branding in the capable hands of our trusted specialists.

When it comes to campaign planning, we can advise on sourcing vehicles from our extensive partner network and logistical support.

If you’re looking for full design support to produce your artwork, our team can take your brand guidelines and mood boards to translate your ideas into a conceptual vehicle design, along with any interiors and printed materials you may need. Alternatively, we can work with your design team, providing templates and advice.

Creating sketches and concept designs for vehicle wraps and conversions

Once the artwork and interior plans have been agreed, our production team get to work, whether that’s fitting out and decorating the interior, expertly wrapping the exterior in your campaign messaging, or converting and carefully restoring a specifically sourced vehicle.

All brand activation, manufacture and vehicle wrap processes take place at our Kent HQ, including the production of promotional printed materials such as flags, banners, gazebos and parasols. Our full-service workshop accommodates a range of machinery for printing, joinery, metalwork, vehicle spraying, electronics, welding and mechanical restoration!

Making vehicle components in our on-site workshop

We understand that communication is key to a large-scale project. Throughout the vehicle branding & wrap process we provide progress updates to our clients to ensure that timelines are achieved, and you have peace of mind to focus on your brand and marketing goals.

Our team can assist with the completion of health and safety documentation, and we have a dedicated project management service where more support is required for larger campaigns.

Dedicated account management

All vehicles have a logistics support option including a professional driver with events experience. But for us, the brand activation process doesn’t stop there. We can support with vehicle installation and set up on the day if required, and supply staffing, whether that’s more hands-on event management or a promotional team.

On launch day, our campaign management team will be available by phone for last minute questions and help to ensure you are happy with the vehicle set up.
